Fantastic and immaculate rooms with 2 single beds, superfriendly staff. Nice and appetising food. Pretty nice area, central location near beach and parking, sea front, supermarket and square, and the shops all walking distance.
Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

I liked my stay at this wonderful old hotel. The location of the property was amazing, to the centre of Lytham. I went out for dinner, found Imli, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue. It made my trip to Lytham St Annes a such wonderful experience.

The weather was lovely, had just perfect stay with your holiday and a good location. The breakfast was free of charge and gorgeous as expected with the finishing touches and juice and crumpets. I enjoyed the Victorian-style building and nice styled room for other bedroom. In general the staff were efficient and excellent.
